Highly noted in these festivals are the numerous ladies and gentlemen who are known for their discipline, skill, and talent in cooking Traditional Greek food. This is why the food at our Greek Festival has a distinct, homemade taste. Many of these volunteer cooks and bakers often use recipes that can be traced to their great-grandparents and are characteristic of the mainland and islands of Greece.
